BACKPORT: media: venus: hfi: fix the check in session buffer requirement
Buffer requirement, for different buffer type, comes from video firmware.
While copying these requirements, there is an OOB possibility when the
payload from firmware is more than expected size. Fix the check to avoid
the OOB possibility.

msm: adsprpc: Modify global variable spinlocks to avoid spinlock recursion
Spinlock in current scenario can be interrupted thus during ongoing ISR. If callback received from dsp, attempt to acquire same lock again will result into recursive spinlock with wait on queue to acquire lock again. Modify spinlocks with global variable gfa to non interruptible spinlocks in order to avoid this scenario. wil6210: fix the netlink policy

serial: msm_geni_serial: Allow clock_on/off ioctl to be optional
Add support in the driver to manage power without enabling pm runtime. UART driver gives control to user space client to vote for clock on/off by exposing ioctls. These vote clock on/off APIs depend on PM runtime framework for power related operations. This change relaxes driver from depending on userspace ioctls to invoke runtime resume/suspend for basic uart functionality which will now be done by system suspend/resume. This will block PM framework API's and use system suspend/resume API for UART on/off. BACKPORT: firmware_loader: Abort all upcoming firmware load request once reboot triggered
There could be following scenario where there is a ongoing reboot
is going from processA which tries to call all the reboot notifier
callback and one of them is firmware reboot call which tries to
abort all the ongoing firmware userspace request under fw_lock but
there could be another processB which tries to do request firmware,
which came just after abort done from ProcessA and ask for userspace
to load the firmware and this can stop the ongoing reboot ProcessA
to stall for next 60s(default timeout) which may not be expected
behaviour everyone like to see, instead we should abort any firmware
load request which came once firmware knows about the reboot through
notification.

UPSTREAM: kheaders: Have cpio unconditionally replace files
For out-of-tree builds, this script invokes cpio twice to copy header files from the srctree and subsequently from the objtree. According to a comment in the script, there might be situations in which certain files already exist in the destination directory when header files are copied from the objtree: "The second CPIO can complain if files already exist which can happen with out of tree builds having stale headers in srctree. Just silence CPIO for now." GNU cpio might simply print a warning like "newer or same age version exists", but toybox cpio exits with a non-zero exit code unless the command line option "-u" is specified. To improve compatibility with toybox cpio, add the command line option "-u" to unconditionally replace existing files in the destination directory.
