There is a panic in socket ioctl cmd SIOCGSKNS when NET_NS is not enabled. The reason is that nsfs tries to access ns->ops but the proc_ns_operations is not implemented in this case. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
