Calls to mmu_notifier_invalidate_page() were replaced by calls to mmu_notifier_invalidate_range() and are now bracketed by calls to mmu_notifier_invalidate_range_start()/end() Remove now useless invalidate_page callback. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
