Here are some small USB fixes for some reported issues.
 
 Included in here are:
   - xhci build warning fix
   - ehci disconnect warning fix
   - usbip lockup fix and error cleanup fix
   - typec build fix
 
 All of these have been in linux-next with no reported issues.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
