John Moon	14ebbad767	ANDROID: build: Update abi rules to use STG and protected module lists ... Currently, our build uses the XML ABI definition exclusively for KMI builds. Upstream recently switched to use STG. They also added new lists for protected module tracking. To stay in line with upstream, update our ABI definitions to use these new build attributes. Added remove function to capture the unloaded bcm voter details and updated the bcm voters list by removing the unloaded bcm voter from the list. Added checks under add, commit and clear functions to check if the voter exists in the bcm voters list. If requested bcm voter is not present under voter list then returning ENODEV. Tony Truong	dc3ca11928	net: qrtr: genpool: Add SSR support ... When the other edge is going through a SSR, qrtr genpool needs to handle the cleanup. This includes freeing and allocating memory, FIFO set up, qrtr endpoint clean up, and renegotiating the link once the other edge is back up again. The addition of SSR support changes how qrtr genpool and the other edge utilizes the setup IRQ. For qrtr genpool, the IRQ is now an indication the other edge wants qrtr genpool to clean up the resources and re-establish the communication between the two. That's not valid if AMC doesn't exist at all. So, always vote for WAKE/SLEEP in the absence of AMC. Also, since we now know which voters support AMC, skip sending it entirely for those that don't as an optimization.
