Get rid of x86 support 
Doesn't seem like x86 GMS exists anymore as it's not available as GSI
nor Android SDK image.

480db6d999 gapps: Add AndroidMigratePrebuilt 
* On Custom ROM's on Pixels, the downloading of
  this app by SetupWizard often hangs up,
  and needs to be restarted. Ship this to avoid
  that.

* Added to LOWMEM checkas it isn't necessary.
