8607c1ee73 tools include: Move ARRAY_SIZE() to linux/kernel.h
To match the kernel, then look for places redefining it to make it use
this version, which checks that its parameter is an array at build time.

eaa75b5117 tools include: Add UINT_MAX def to kernel.h
The kernel has it and some files we got from there would require us
including the userland header for that, so add it conditionally.

d0761e37fe perf tools: Uninline scnprintf() and vscnprint()
They were in tools/include/linux/kernel.h, requiring that it in turn
included stdio.h, which is way too heavy.

37fbe0a4a0 perf tools: Move linux/kernel.h to tools/include
This patch moves kernel.h from tools/perf/util/include/linux/kernel.h
to tools/include/linux/kernel.h to enable other libraries use macros in
it, like libbpf which will be introduced by further patches.

MANIFEST is also updated for 'make perf-*-src-pkg'.
