[media] cx25821, cx88, tm6000: use SNDRV_DEFAULT_ENABLE_PNP

Browse Source 
Instead of manually initializing the bool array enable, use the
SNDRV_DEFAULT_ENABLE_PNP macro. As most drivers do.
