Revert "PCI/DPC: Quirk PIO log size for Intel Ice Lake Root Ports"
This reverts commit f49642661f
which is
commit 3b8803494a0612acdeee714cb72aa142b1e05ce5 upstream.
It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
