Chander Kashyap fc2cac41eb ARM: EXYNOS: populate suspend and powered_up callbacks for mcpm ...

In order to support cpuidle through mcpm, suspend and powered-up
callbacks are required in mcpm platform code.
Hence populate the same callbacks.
