Hans de Goede 87a72dcbbd video/console: Add rotated LCD-panel DMI quirk for the VIOS LTH17
The VIOS LTH17 Cherry Trail bases netbook has its LCD panel mounted
rotated 90 degrees, add a DMI quirk for this.

This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.
