Stephen Warren 739266566a ALSA: HDA: Increase MAX_HDMI_PINS ...

The recently introduced NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 has 4 pins within a single
codec. Bump MAX_HDMI_PINS to accomodate this. Also bump MAX_HDMI_CVTS
to match it; this might be needed later too.
