Currently, the Bazel build looks for a systemdlkm_blocklist file for LA platforms. One does not exist for kalama, so the build breaks. Add the blocklist file to satisfy the build requirement. Change-Id: I60559ca7deb13b7f5e8a08496215d12a7533ccf4 Signed-off-by: John Moon <quic_johmoo@quicinc.com>
