ACPI: cmos_rtc: Remove leftover ACPI_MODULE_NAME()

ACPI_MODULE_NAME() is only needed for ACPICA debug functionality
such as ACPI_DEBUG_PRINT() which is not used in acpi_cmos_rtc.c,
remove it.
