Add the sysfs entry for the ipaucstat.

Previously ipaucstat would be queried via iwpriv
--> iwpriv wlan0 ipaucstat 1

it is now changed to support via sysfs:
--> echo "1" > /sys/class/net/wlanxx/ipaucstat
