This change adds domain-id support for new
targets. This change involves adding information
to the SCM call currently in use such that it is
a superset, and the additional fields needed are
the IFE and CDM number being used, and VC mask.
These are in addition to existing PHY mask selection,
and lane/trio mask selection.
All the information above will be sent over from CSID
to the PHY driver, and the PHY driver will pack the
information in a generic format before sending it
over in an SCM call. Where previously, this information
is packed in format that matches the register, this
will be sent generically moving forward.
Given that there are multiple instances per physical
PHY hardware, and that the usual dev_handle used by
userspace to identify them are not accessible CSID
side, the lane_assign/lane_cfg parameter is used to find
the specific PHY instance used in conjunction with the
CSID instance in a session. lane_assign from PHY driver
and lane_cfg from CSID have the same values.

Trigger cdm reset to test irq line on presil platforms.
Use below command to trigger after boot up.
echo 1 > /d/camera/cdm/test_irq_line
IRQ line verification can also be done at bootup if
CONFIG_CAM_TEST_IRQ_LINE_AT_PROBE is defined during
compilation.
Both above are valid if CONFIG_CAM_TEST_IRQ_LINE is
enabled during compilation.

Add support to dump the cdm core debug registers and CDM hang detect
support for better debugging purpose in case of cdm timeout at config
ife. Add a debugfs for CDM command buffer dump for cdm hang events.
Fix the possible NULL derefernce while dumping the cdm registers.
Turn on debugfs using following command in adb shell:
echo 1 >> /sys/kernel/debug/camera_isp_ctx/enable_cdm_cmd_buffer_dump.

In cdm hw unbind, smmu handle is destroyed before handler is
unset. Also, mutex unlock is unbalanced during error case. Fix
invalid unset handler call and unbalanced mutex in component
unbind for hw cdm.

Due to the asynchronous nature of platform probes, inter
dependency between drivers needs to be taken care during
kernel boot up. Component helper provides the facility of
adding matching drivers in a list ordered in the way we want
to bind those drivers. The CRM driver acts as component master
to make sure all slave drivers are bound before it returns
from its own bind call. Add support for serializing platform
probes through component framework.

Different CDM hardware have different capability and registers.
With old register space, handling new features and operations
would have been a complex task. This change takes care of old
version of CDM and also changes the regspace to provide every
register's access to CDM.
This change further adds support for "arbitration" in case of
multi-context CDMs.
Exports reset functionality to clients, detection of CDM hang.
Flushing the CDM requests and dumping the FIFO content for all
contexts.
It also adds submitting "debug_gen_irq" as BL_done IRQ is only
an indication for availability of FIFO's. The AHB operations
are completed can only be known if the added "debug_gen_irqs"
gets executed and are received by the CDM.

Currently camera modules platform registration/remove function
is being called as a part of module_init function individually.
Building camera as module, current infrastructure cannot support
it, as DLKM only support single module_init/exit function.
This change enables that support by combining all platform
entry/remove functions centrally. Also, remove all submodule
makefiles and combined into one root makefile in order to generate
single kernel object file to dynamically loading the kernel module
in case of DLKM compilation.
