Kay Sievers 3ce9a7c0ac printk() - restore prefix/timestamp printing for multi-newline strings ...

Calls like:
  printk("\n *** DEADLOCK ***\n\n");
will print 3 properly indented, separated, syslog + timestamp prefixed lines in
the log output.
