Gustavo A. R. Silva 8d4d5b346c scsi: aacraid: Mark expected switch fall-throughs 
In preparation to enabling -Wimplicit-fallthrough, mark switch cases where
we are expecting to fall through.

Also, a break statement is properly aligned.
