Tomi Valkeinen 6cc78aa984 OMAPDSS: DSI: disable DDR_CLK_ALWAYS_ON when entering ULPS ...

ULPS cannot be entered if the DDR clk is enabled. Thus disable the DDR
clk before entering ULPS.
