Takashi Iwai 314192f055 ALSA: usb-audio: Add MIDI quirk for Vox ToneLab EX 
commit 64f40f9be14106e7df0098c427cb60be645bddb7 upstream.

ToneLab EX guitar pedal device requires the same quirk like ToneLab ST
for supporting the MIDI.
