When del client and bye command packets are sent out, if there is an error in sending, continue with the loop to send to the rest of the clients. The current implementation bails out when the send fails. This is causing dropping of these packets to the rest of the clients. The carved out or allocated memory may not be configured to be accessible by both the owner and consumer vms. Add support to share memory through hyp_assign_phy() and assign a label to the resultant memparcel through hh_rm_mem_qcom_lookup_sgl(). This sharing sequence should only be done by the owner of the reserved memory region. Currently we indicate this with the qcom,master tag in device tree. ANDROID: net: bpf: permit redirect from ingress L3 to egress L2 devices at near max mtu
__bpf_skb_max_len(skb) is used from: bpf_skb_adjust_room __bpf_skb_change_tail __bpf_skb_change_head but in the case of forwarding we're likely calling these functions during receive processing on ingress and bpf_redirect()'ing at a later point in time to egress on another interface, thus these mtu checks are for the wrong device (input instead of output). This is particularly problematic if we're receiving on an L3 1500 mtu cellular interface, trying to add an L2 header and forwarding to an L3 mtu 1500 mtu wifi/ethernet device (which is thus L2 1514). The mtu check prevents us from adding the 14 byte ethernet header prior to forwarding the packet. After the packet has already been redirected, we'd need to add an additional 2nd ebpf program on the target device's egress tc hook, but then we'd also see non-redirected traffic and have no easy way to tell apart normal egress with ethernet header packets from forwarded ethernet headerless packets. net: qrtr: Allocate workqueue before kernel_bind
A null pointer dereference in qrtr_ns_data_ready() is seen if a client opens a qrtr socket before qrtr_ns_init() can bind to the control port. When the control port is bound, the ENETRESET error will be broadcasted and clients will close their sockets. This results in DEL_CLIENT packets being sent to the ns and qrtr_ns_data_ready() being called without the workqueue being allocated. Allocate the workqueue before setting sk_data_ready and binding to the control port. This ensures that the work and workqueue structs are allocated and initialized before qrtr_ns_data_ready can be called. Ignore the ENODEV failures returned by kernel_sendmsg(). These errors mean either the local port has closed or the remote has gone down. Neither of these scenarios are fatal and will eventually be handled through packets that are later queued on the control port. The 2 second delay before calling qrtr_ns_init() meant that the remote processors would register as endpoints in qrtr and the say_hello() call would therefor broadcast the outgoing HELLO to them. With the HELLO handshake corrected this delay is no longer needed. net: qrtr: Respond to HELLO message
Lost in the translation from the user space implementation was the
detail that HELLO mesages must be exchanged between each node pair. As
such the incoming HELLO must be replied to.
Similar to the previous implementation no effort is made to prevent two
Linux boxes from continuously sending HELLO messages back and forth,
this is left to a follow up patch.
say_hello() is moved, to facilitate the new call site.

net: qrtr: Migrate nameservice to kernel from userspace
The QRTR nameservice has been maintained in userspace for some time. This commit migrates it to Linux kernel. This change is required in order to eliminate the need of starting a userspace daemon for making the WiFi functional for ath11k based devices. Since the QRTR NS is not usually packed in most of the distros, users need to clone, build and install it to get the WiFi working. It will become a hassle when the user doesn't have any other source of network connectivity. net: qrtr: Remove rcu logic for port lookup/remove
synchronize_rcu() is slow and can create delays on creating/removing sockets. Some clients have latency requirements for spinning off a thread that creates a client and lookup sockets for some sessions. They close the lookup socket during this sequence which causes delays. Each call to synchronize_rcu takes 20-40 ms which is too long. Remove the rcu logic and change qrtr_port_lock to a spinlock so it can be used in qrtr_port_lookup which may be used in atomic context. net: qrtr: Do not take sock lock on blocking recv
Socket client's should be able to block on recv without blocking other socket operations such as sending. The qrtr core logic should also be able to operate on the sock while a client is blocked in recv. Remove the sock lock from around the recv_datagram to allow execution to continue while a client is blocked in recv. Client drivers may successfully register with a doorbell even before doorbell capids are known to Linux. However, we do need to know capids for send, read, reset, and mask functions. Here, we mirror the behavior of message queues by placing the calling thread in a waitqueue until the capids are populated by RM. neuron: ch_haven: Move msgq init to sync thread
The neuron channels may init and probe before the secondary vm is loaded and the resources queried from resource manager. This results in either a blocking call or EAGAIN returned when sending a doorbell. Move the msgq_init call from the probe to the channel sync thread. This will ensure the init thread can continue if the doorbell send api needs to block or busywait loop. neuron: block_client: Fix init loop
Depending on timing there is a chance the channel initialization will happen at different intervals. When this happens, the first channel wakeup will be cleared by the init loop and never be set again by the channel init. This leads to a stall in init because both channels will never have both their wakeups set to signal channel init done. tcp: Reset tcp connections in SYN-SENT state
Userspace sends tcp connection (sock) destroy on network permission change. Kernel though doesn't send reset for the connections in SYN-SENT state and these connections continue to remain. Even as per RFC 793, there is no hard rule to not send RST on ABORT in this state. Modify tcp_abort and tcp_disconnect behavior to send RST for connections in syn-sent state to avoid lingering connections on network switch. netfilter: Include alarm type timer in idletimer
This patch adds option for alarm type timer which can be used to identify when interfaces have been idle for a certain period of time. If timer_type is set for alarm from userspace, alarm type timer is used. If more than one rule uses the same timer label, alarm will be restarted whenever any of the rules get a hit. If rule with same timer label is added for an alarm, it will continue with remaining expiry time and will never reset. With this change adding/replacing rule with same label and different timer type is not allowed. When the alarm expires, the target module sends a sysfs notification to the userspace, which can then decide what to do. Compared to current timer, alarm type timer can send notifications when CPU is in suspend too, to notify the timer expiry. net: Indicate whether a socket is a transparent socket
Modify the printout functions for IPv4-TCP, IPv4-UDP, IPv6-TCP, IPv6-UDP, such that the state for the socket is printed as state = state | 0x80. The actual socket state is unmodified. This change is required for the user space to determine whether a socket is a transparent socket, and to determine if the socket holder intends to consume packets locally or to forward them to an external processor.
