echo "fod_enable,1,1,0" > /sys/devices/virtual/sec/tsp/cmd
You might have to try enrolling multiple times if it doesn't work the
first try

A missing SELinux label was causing the QVC script to not execute and
therefore not seting the ro.boot.product.vendor.sku property which is
needed for sec_nvm to launch
